Happy Holidays – Thank You!

Happy Holidays! As we end another year I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a happy and healthy New Year. Please take this time to be thankful for your accomplishments, the individuals in your life, and for showing appreciation to those who have supported you throughout the year.

This year I am more than ever, thankful for the amazing support system of my family, friends and coworkers as I continue to encourage, inspire, and motivate individuals to become the best version of themselves as possible; a version that is healthier, happier, and more driven than ever through iRun.Fit. As Founder, Head-Runner I’m honored to help educated, motivate, and train individuals to achieve their total health objectives, fitness goals, and athletic achievements through running.

As an Elite runner I not only want to continue to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to run, but to also educate, inspire, and motivate others to run for a purpose; to turn their miles into something bigger than themselves. For this I am able to help spread awareness and knowledge about critical issues/diseases facing our generation today while encouraging individuals to run.

Cartoon Santa running for exercise in the snowEach year the iRun.Fit Team and I partner with local and national organization’s that continue to show support in our community through community outreach, research, and patient support systems. This year I’m proud to once again support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through their Team In Training program along with RED campaign. Each year I dedicate myself and training to both organizations due to being so near and dear to my heart. Each year I run to help spread awareness, while raising funds to fund critical research for both organizations.

My decision to run for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the RED Campaign is about so much more than training and running. It’s about the knowledge that I can continue to help make a difference in the fight against blood cancer and HIV/AIDS. That with every stride, every lap, and every mile I run, I’m helping fight back against these deadly diseases. Join me in supporting this two great causes, dedicate your next run and miles to something bigger than you!

Happy Holidays,
